The ECO Series NatureMill METRO recycles food and paper into rich organic fertilizer… right in your own home! Scraps, including dairy, meat, fish and pet waste are automatically transferred to the sealed inner reactor where computer technology controls mixing, air flow, temperature and moisture.
The energy released by NatureMill produces ideal conditions, eliminating odors, pathogens, insects and unwanted seed germination. I love this composter! I received the older model of this NatureMill composter as a birthday present and Planet Natural was wonderful about helping me return the old one and shipping the new one to me. At first the top seemed hard to open and the compost kept falling through to the bin uncomposted, but now that the cultures are active I have no issues at all. The smells have waned a bit and the noise isn't very noticeable, though I did have to move it to the mudroom- too loud/stinky for the kitchen in our small house. So far, so good! Thank you Planet Natural for your great service! Highly recommended!

My NatureMill stopped working after a very short time and I believe it is due to poor build quality and/or bad design. Luckily, the customer service at Planet Natural was wonderful and they let me swap my NatureMill for a vermicomposting system instead.
I also found the NatureMill to be pretty stinky and I had to use it in the garage because of the odor.
