I use twice a day! In the AM I apply it right before I get into the shower (less mess at the sink) and before bed time. This scrub leaves my skin really soft. I follow up with the same brand face moisturizer (it's fab too!)

This is the best face scrub that I have ever used. It is mild enough for my sensitive skin, but also has enough exfoliation. After using this product my skin feels silky and smooth.
