Moisturizers are a great way of treating dry skin quickly. Normally up to 15% of the stratum corneum consists of water. When the moisture content of the stratum corneum falls below 10% the skin appears dry and flaky; further drying can lead to reduced flexibility and cracking.

I've always had trouble with really dry skin over the winter months. I work outside and the weather can be pretty harsh around here. Earlier this year I started using Bull Dog's moisturizer and it's helping plenty. Best of all, it doesn't make your skin breakout like heavier lotions. I like that.
