DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Soak seed 10 to 12 hours and place in a shallow tray filled with at least 1-inch of rich organic soil. Cover with damp paper and keep away from light for 3 days. Expose to sunlight after the 3rd day to develop chlorophyll. Keep soil moist by watering frequently. When harvesting barley grass cut 1-inch from soil to allow for additional cuttings. Use a hand juicer or slow RPM juicer to extract juice.
